Appointments may be scheduled online through our secure booking system. A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits for late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable. Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service or be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled treatment without affecting the next client's appointment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or any other information that may affect their treatment. Services may be modified or declined if they are not considered safe.
Every client's skin is unique. Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, home care, consistency with recommended treatments, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While every effort is made to provide exceptional care, specific treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
